Diodes Incorporated PI6CG334Q PCIe Gen 6 Clock Generator

Diodes Incorporated PI6CG334Q PCIe Gen 6 Clock Generator is a four-output very-low-power device that uses a 25MHz crystal or CMOS reference as an input to generate 100MHz low-power differential HCSL outputs with on-chip terminations. An additional buffered reference output is provided as a low-noise reference for other circuitry. Using Diodes’ proprietary PLL design, the PI6CG334Q achieves very low jitter that meets PCIe Gen 1/Gen 2/Gen 3/Gen 4/Gen 5/Gen 6 requirements. The clock generator also features various options (different slew rates and amplitude through SMBUS) so users can configure the device easily to get the optimized performance for individual boards. Selectable spread-spectrum options are also supported to reduce EMI for various automotive applications.
