onsemi NCV8189 High Accuracy LDO Regulators

onsemi NCV8189 High Accuracy Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 0.5A devices that offer low noise, low quiescent current, next-generation high PSRR, and Power Good open collector output. NCV8189 regulators allow the adjustment of output voltages down to 0.6V and excellent load/line transients. The NCV8189 is designed to work with a 4.7µF input and output ceramic capacitor. Designed to meet RF/sensitive analog circuit requirements, the onsemi NCV8189 LDO regulators are available in industry-standard DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) and WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) packages.
