onsemi NCV59801 High Accuracy LDO Regulators

onsemi NCV59801 High Accuracy Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are 1A devices with high PSRR, low noise, and Power Good open collector output. Designed to meet RF/sensitive analog circuit requirements, the NCV59801 regulators provide a low quiescent current and can regulate output voltages down to 0.6V. Available in industry-standard DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) and WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) packages, the devices offer excellent load/line transients. NCV59801 is designed to work with a 4.7µF input/output ceramic capacitor.
