Microchip Technology MIC2133 Dual Phase Synchronous Buck Controllers

Microchip Technology MIC2133 Dual Phase Synchronous Buck Controllers is a constant on-time controller with a unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The device has HyperLight Load and phase shedding features enabled. The MIC2133 operates over an input supply range from 8V to 75V. The output voltage is adjustable to 0.6V with an ensured accuracy of ±1% at the FBS pin. The device operates with a programmable switching frequency from 100kHz to 1MHz per phase.
