Renesas Electronics RX23E-B MCUs

Renesas Electronics RX23E-B MCUs feature an enhanced built-in analog front end (AFE) designed for industrial sensor equipment. The Renesas Electronics RX23E-B has a 24-bit delta-sigma A/D converter that delivers improved high-speed and noise performance, with a maximum data rate of 125kSPS. The RMS noise is reduced to approximately 1/3 of RX23E-A, allowing precise and rapid measurements of strain, temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, etc. Additionally, RX23E-B integrates a 16-bit D/A converter and a +/-10V high-voltage analog signal input circuit, minimizing the bill of materials (BOM) and footprint.

Powered by an RXv2 core, the CPU ensures excellent digital signal processing (DSP)/floating-point unit (FPU) operation, enabling high-precision measurement, control, and communication on a single chip.
