ROHM Semiconductor RSDTxxNSFH Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) protect sensitive electronic equipment against surges below 3600W (tp=10/1000µs). These voltage suppressors are unidirectional and highly reliable for use in automotive applications. The RSDTxxNSFH suppressors are power mold type and feature high current overload capability. These voltage suppressors come in silicon epitaxial planar structure and offer 5W power dissipation (PD). The RSDTxxNSFH suppressors are ideal for surge protection.
