onsemi NCV21671 Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers

onsemi NCV21671 Bidirectional Current Sense Amplifiers are voltage output current sense amplifiers offered in gains of 25V, 50V, 100V, and 200V. These devices measure the voltage across shunts at common-mode voltages from -0.1V to 40V, independent of the supply voltage. The low offset zero-drift architecture enables current sensing with voltage drops across sense resistors as low as 10mV full-scale. An optional enable function is provided to reduce current drain through the input and power supply pins to negligible levels. Two optional pins are included to simplify input filtering. The onsemi NCV21671 amplifiers can operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V power supply, drawing a maximum of 40μA supply current. These components are available in Micro10 and SC70-6 packages.
