onsemi NTMFS6H858NL N-Channel Power MOSFET is designed for compact and efficient designs in a 5mm x 6mm flat lead package. This power MOSFET features low R_DS(on), low Q_G and capacitance, and logic-level drive capability. The NTMFS6H858NL N-channel power MOSFET operates at 80V drain-to-source voltage, ±20V gate-to-source voltage, and -55°C to 175°C operating junction and storage temperature range. This power MOSFET is Pb-free and RoHS-compliant.
