Nexperia TrEOS Compact 2-in-1 ESD Protection Devices

Nexperia TrEOS Compact 2-in-1 High-Speed ESD Protection Devices are designed to suppress Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) in USB3.2, HDMI2.1, and other high-speed data lines. These devices combine two TrEOS protection diodes in a miniature DFN0603-3 package, effectively delivering two diodes in the footprint of one.

The Nexperia TrEOS ESD Protection Devices combine high RF performance with very low clamping and very high surge capability, providing best-in-class ESD protection and system robustness.

Surge robustness up to 11.0A at 8/20µs
ESD protection up to ±25kV acc. to IEC 61000-4-2
Low clamping and trigger for enhanced system protection down to 0.19Ω

Extremely low-inductance protection path to ground
Symmetrical layout
0.63mm x 0.33mm x 0.25mm DFN0603-3 package
Placed on one differential line pair, almost no extra PCB space demand for protection
