Diodes Incorporated AP66200Q/300Q Synchronous DC-DC Buck Converters

Diodes Incorporated AP66200Q/300Q Synchronous DC-DC Buck Converters include an adjustable switching frequency, internally compensated with a 500kHz default internal frequency. These Ap66 converters feature current mode control operation, enabling easy loop stabilization and supporting a wide range of output capacitive loads. The DC-DC buck converters also feature high-level integration and minimal need for external components, simplifying board layout and reducing space requirements. Typical applications include automotive infotainments, telecommunication systems, distributed power systems, home audio devices, consumer electronics, and network systems. The AP66 synchronous DC-DC buck converters are available in the standard Green U-QFN4040-16/SWP (Type UXB) package.

The AP66200Q buck converter fully integrates a 185mΩ high-side power MOSFET and an 80mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide highly efficient step-down DC-DC conversion. The AP66300Q buck converter fully integrates a 120mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 55mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion. The AP66200Q DC-DC buck converter has a 2A continuous output current, and the AP66300Q buck converter has a 3A continuous output current.
