Texas Instruments MSPM0G150x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers

Texas Instruments MSPM0G150x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers offer 32KB embedded flash program memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 16KB SRAM with ECC and hardware parity option. The cost-effective MCU provides high-performance analog peripheral integration, operates with a supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.6V, and supports an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Texas Instruments MSPM0G150x 80MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU is part of the MSP highly integrated, ultra-low-power 32-bit MCU family based on the enhanced Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit core platform, which operates at up to 80MHz frequency. Typical applications include medical and healthcare, grid infrastructure, motor control, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and inverters, home appliances, lighting, and more.
