Pulse Electronics PH9499xCL SMD High-Frequency Power Inductors

Pulse Electronics PH9499xCL SMD High-Frequency Power Inductors feature Litz wire winding and are explicitly designed for Quasi-Resonant Converters. The PH9499xCL inductors offer a 0.95µH to 1.25µH range with 3.5Arms optimized for an 800kHz to 1.2MHz frequency range. The Litz wire limits the ratio of AC-to-DC resistance to 1.25 at 1MHz, so the converter can maximize the benefit of the low 22mΩ maximum DC resistance.

PH9499xCNL is primarily designed for power modules converting directly from 48V to silicon core voltages. Through the compact size (11.2mm × 9.75mm × 7.6mm maximum) and a 1.1mm stand-off design feature, components can be mounted beneath the inductor, resulting in a power density of over 240W/in3 module design.
