Samsung Electro-Mechanics CL Ultra-High Capacitance Automotive MLCCs support AEC-Q200 and realize high capacitances in small sizes. These small-sized components feature an X7T temperature characteristic with a -55°C to +125°C temperature range. shorter internal path to improve ESL. The automotive CL MLCCs allow dense component placement near ADAS SoCs without issue. Users can implement the desired composition in a small space with ultra-high capacitances ranging from 10.0µF to 100.0µF with a ±20% tolerance.
