These LEDs are available in red (630nm), orange (611nm), yellow (591nm), yellow-green (563nm), green (523nm), blue (470nm), and white ((x,y) (031, 0.31)) emitting colors. The viewing angle of 2θ 1/2 is 40°. The ROHM Semiconductor SLI560x/SLA560x luminous intensity can range from 42mcd to 3300mcd depending on the selected emitting color.
