KEMET +105°C High Voltage AEC Module

KEMET +105°C High Voltage Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor (AEC) Module provides outstanding electrical performance and high ripple current. This electrolytic capacitor module contains a bank of ALF80 AECs mounted on a high current-designed PCB. These assembled parts are housed in a plastic case and heat sink by a cast aluminum plate. The capacitor bank is ready to fit into applications and eliminates the use of voltage-sharing resistors. This AEC module delivers a long life of up to 9000 hours at +105°C (VR, IR applied). Other features include 700VDC to 900VDC rated voltage, 820µF to 1300µF capacitance range, and ±20% capacitance tolerance at 100Hz/+20°C. The KEMET +105°C high voltage AEC module is designed mainly for solar inverters, motor drives, and pulsed power applications.
