Littelfuse DPF120C600HB Fast Recovery Diode offers a 600V voltage rating and 2 x 60A current and is assembled in a TO-247 package. This diode is featured in the HiPerFRED series and has planar passivated chips, a low leakage current, and a short recovery time. Improved thermal behavior, soft recovery behavior, and common cathode configuration are additional features of the DPF120C600HB diode.
