TRACO Power TEL 6/TEL 6WI Isolated DC/DC Converters

TRACO Power TEL 6 / TEL 6WI Isolated DC/DC Converters are 6W converters in ultra-compact DIP-16 metal packages. These converters feature a 1.6W/cm³ high power density, which almost doubles the power density compared to traditional 6W converters in DIP-24 packages. The TEL 6 / TEL 6WI converters include full load operation to 70°C without derating, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, and up to 87% for low thermal loss for high efficiency. The TEL 6 converters offer a wide 2:1 input voltage range, and the TEL 6WI series offers a wide 4:1 input voltage range. TRACO Power TEL 6 / TEL 6WI DC/DC Converters meet EN 55032 class A (conducted and radiated) with a single input capacitor and provide continuous short-circuit protection with auto-recovery.
