EPCOS / TDK S14 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors

Epcos TDK S14 SIOV Metal Oxide Leaded Varistors are high-performance varistors with a small ø14mm disk and wide 130V_RMS to 625V_RMS operating voltage range. These compact varistors feature a 4.5kA to 6kA peak surge current range and 260pF to 440pF capacitance range. Applications include consumer, power metering, communication systems, household appliances, and power supply units.
