ROHM Semiconductor SFR01 & SFR03 Sulfur-Tolerant Chip Resistors

ROHM Semiconductor SFR01 and SFR03 Sulfur-Tolerant Chip Resistors are designed with a unique internal structure that offers high tolerance to sulfuric environments. This special construction prevents sulfur gas penetration, significantly increasing reliability. These resistors are available in two power options: 0.063W in the 1005 (0402) size and 0.1W in the 1608 (0603) size. The modules feature a 1Ω to 10MΩ resistance range with ±1% or ±5% resistance tolerance and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. Both series offer ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certification, AEC-Q200 correspondence, and RoHS compliance.
