Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6545 & MP6545A Three-Phase Power Stage ICs

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6545 and MP6545A Three-Phase Power Stage ICs are ideal for driving BLDC motors or other loads. MPS MP6545 and MP6545A work with a 4.5V to 45V input voltage range and can provide up to 2.5A output current per phase, subject to ambient temperature and PCB layout. The MP6545A has unique, independent GND pins for each half-bridge. These GND pins enable current measurement via an external shunt resistor for different application requirements.

    • Over-Voltage Protection (OVP)
    • Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO)
    • Over-Temperature (OT) shutdown
    • Fault indication output
