Vishay Surface Mount PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Surface Mount PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVSs) are available in a low profile package with junction passivation optimized design. The suppressors feature passivated anisotropic rectifier technology. The devices have a TJ = +185°C capability suitable for high reliability and automotive requirements. The SMD PAR TVS diodes protect sensitive electronics against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning on ICs, MOSFET, and signal lines of sensor units for automotive.
