Littelfuse AQ12CANA Bidirectional SPA® TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse AQ12CANA Bidirectional SPA® TVS Diode Array is fabricated with proprietary silicon avalanche technology that provides a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The general-purpose AQ12CANA array safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. In addition, it can safely dissipate a 12A 8/20μs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd Edition. Applications include automotive, CAN Bus, factory automation, lighting control (DALI), and ADAS/body/electronic/powertrain control units.
