Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6652 18V Single-Phase BLDC Motor Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6652 18V Single-Phase BLDC Motor Drivers are ideal for fans and operate at 3V to 18V. The MPS MP6652 controls speed via PWM and includes a configurable speed curve function for flexible cooling fan applications. The device detects rotational speed through the FG/RD pin, producing high or low voltage based on the internal Hall comparator’s output, with higher speeds generating higher frequency signals.
