RECOM Power R24C2T25-X Power Modules

RECOM Power R24C2T25-X Power Modules feature a 2W isolated DC-DC converter and a 1.5W power rating from -40°C to +100°C. These modules have a compact 7.5mm x 12.83mm package, programmable asymmetrical output voltages, and an isolation capacitance of <3.5pF. The modules offer a versatile solution for isolated gate bias voltages, particularly for IGBTs and Si and SiC MOSFETs. Superior reliability is also provided with high 3kVAC/1min isolation and remarkable stability. RECOM Power R24C2T25-X Power Modules are suitable for power inverters, motor drives in inverters, and battery management systems.
