STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCRs & Z040 Triacs

STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCRs and Z040 Triacs are 750V devices designed for power regulation and switching applications. The unidirectional X040 Sensitive Gate SCRs can conduct current in one direction and block the current in the other direction. The bidirectional Z040 Triacs can conduct current in both directions and can block current in both directions. These highly sensitive devices are suited for home appliances, power tools, and industrial systems and can drive loads up to 4A.

The STMicroelectronics X040 Sensitive Gate SCRs and Z040 Triacs are offered in ECOPACK2 compliant DPAK and IPAK packages and offer a wide -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
