The GBUAx bridge rectifiers feature three high-voltage options with 4A to 10A current ratings, high-thermal stability, cost-effective solution, and space-saving construction. These bridge rectifiers are available in a compact JC package and are lead-free finish/RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include power supplies, lighting systems, industrial automation equipment, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), AC-DC power supplies for industrial machinery, and off-board EV chargers.
