Bourns TBU-CA-Q TBU® High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU-CA-Q TBU® High-Speed Protectors are low-capacitance, single bidirectional high-speed protection components constructed using MOSFET semiconductor technology. These protectors, when placed in the system circuit, monitor the current with the MOSFET detection circuit triggering to provide an effective barrier. The TBU-CA-Q automotive-grade high-speed protectors safeguard against faults caused by AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges.

The TBU-CA-Q high-speed protectors feature high-speed performance, superior circuit protection, Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and -55°C to 125°C operating temperature. These high-speed protectors are RoHS and AEC-Q101-compliant and are moisture sensitivity level 1 rated. The TBU-CA-Q high-speed protectors are available in a surface-mount DFN package. These high-speed protectors are used in process control, voice/VDSL cards, test and measurement equipment, and general electronics.
