Littelfuse LTKAK2-L TVS Diodes

Littelfuse LTKAK2-L TVS Diodes offer superior clamping characteristics over standard S.A.D. technologies by using Littelfuse Foldbak technology, which provides a clamping voltage lower than the avalanche voltage (but above the rated working voltage). This means that any voltage rise will be due to increased current conduction, which is contained to a minimum, providing the best possible protection level. These diodes can also be connected in series and/or parallel to create various capabilities and flexible protection solutions. Littelfuse LTKAK2-L ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes in modified SMTO-218 packages provide enhanced quality, easy manufacturing, and compact mechanical design that goes beyond current AK TVS families.
