Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2013D Linear Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2013D Linear Regulators supply power to systems with high-voltage batteries. These linear regulators feature 2.5V to 40V input voltage (VIN) range, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent supply current. The low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allows for operation at extremely low power levels. The MPQ2013D regulators provide a wide variety of fixed output voltages: 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V. These linear regulators include thermal shutdown and current-limiting fault protection. The MPQ2013D regulators are AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and are available in a TSOT23-4 package. Typical applications include industrial/automotive, portable/battery-powered equipment, ultra-low power Microcontrollers (MCUs), cellular handsets, and medical imaging.
