Guerrilla RF GRF2584 High Gain Low Noise Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF2584 High Gain Low Noise Amplifier is a two-stage GaAs pHEMT low-noise amplifier developed for high-performance wireless infrastructure applications. The GRF2584 can be tuned to operate over narrow or wide bandwidths of 3GHz to 9GHz while delivering up to 36dB of gain and noise figures as low as 1dB.

The Guerrilla RF GRF2584 amplifier was designed to operate with a single 5V supply voltage while using only 50mA of quiescent current. The device supports a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 6V. Likewise, IDDQ can be expanded beyond the native biasing point for improved linearity performance.
