Renesas Electronics RA0E1 Microcontrollers feature the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with low power consumption and optimized peripherals. The Renesas Electronics RA0E1 Microcontrollers support up to 64KB of code flash, 12KB of SRAM memory, and operate within a voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V. The RA0E1 package lineup ranges from 16- to 32-pins, with flash memory sizes from 32KB to 64KB, including smaller QFN (3mm x 3mm) options. The MCUs offer pin and peripheral compatibility with the popular RA2E1 Arm MCU, providing flexibility for software and hardware designers to expand I/O lines and functionality by migrating to higher pin count sizes. The RA0E1 boasts low power consumption, optimized peripherals, and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for budget-conscious applications.
