Microchip Technology AgileSwitch Module Adapter Board for 2ASC-17A1HP (62CA4) allows simple evaluation of the AgileSwitch 2ASC-17A1HP 1700V SiC Gate Driver Core, which is optimized for EVs, traction, and heavy-duty vehicle applications. The 2ASC-17A1HP is software-configurable, allowing developers to appropriately configure the gate driver parameters to their application without having to worry about changing hardware. The 1700V, dual-channel 2ASC-17A1HP provides up to 20A of peak current at an operating frequency of 150kHz.
