Qorvo CMD316C3-EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the CMD316C3 Low Noise Amplifier. The CMD316C3 is a broadband Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC), featuring a 6GHz to 20GHz frequency range, housed in a leadless 3mm2 surface mount package. The CMD316C3 Low Noise Amplifier is ideally suited for communications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed.
The CMD316C3-EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted CMD316C3 in a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN16 package. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit with SMA connectors for RF in and RF out, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
