Microchip Technology 2-Mbit SST26VF020A NOR Flash

Microchip Technology 2-Mbit SST26VF020A NOR Flash memories are Serial Quad I/O™ (SQI™) family of flash memory devices that feature a six-wire and 4-bit I/O interface. This six-wire, 4-bit I/O interface allows low-power and high-performance operation in a low pin count package. These NOR flash memories improve performance and reliability while lowering power consumption. The 2-Mbit SST26VF020A flash also supports full command-set compatibility to traditional Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. These devices write (program or erase) at 2.3V to 3.6V single supply voltage range. The SST26VF020A NOR flash offers a software write protection scheme that allows group protection of selected blocks in memory array. These NOR Flash memories are AEC-Q100 qualified and RoHS compliant.
