Qorvo CMD328K3-EVB Amplifier Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the CMD328K3. The CMD328K3 is a 6-18GHz broadband MMIC low noise amplifier. A sufficient number of via holes should be used to connect the top and bottom ground planes. As surface-mount processes vary, careful process development is recommended.
The Qorvo CMD328K3-EVB evaluation board features a pre-mounted CMD328K3 in a 3mmx 3mm plastic surface mount air cavity package. The evaluation board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
