Diodes Incorporated AP22908-EVM Evaluation Module

Diodes Incorporated AP22908-EVM Evaluation Module is used to evaluate the AP22908 slew rate controlled load switch. The AP22908 is a single P-channel MOSFET power switch for high-side load switching applications. The MOSFET has a typical low R_DS(ON) of 28mΩ at 3.6V. This allows an increased load current handling capacity with a low forward voltage drop.
