Infineon Technologies REF-VACUUM-C101-2ED Reference Design

Infineon Technologies REF-VACUUM-C101-2ED Reference Design features the IMC101T iMOTION™ Motor Control IC, the 2ED2304 EiceDRIVER™ SOI Half-Bridge Gate Driver, and the BSC030N04NS OptiMOS™ Fast Switching MOSFET. This Reference Design demonstrates Infineon’s thin-film-SOI (Silicon on Insulator) and Advanced Motion Control Engine (MCE 2.0) technologies for low-voltage, permanent-magnet motors drive up to 120KRPM speed, and inverter section rating of 30V, 25A. The REF-VACUUM-C101-2ED Reference Design is optimized for major low-voltage home appliances like vacuums, fans, pumps, compressors, and other low voltage motor drive applications.
