Vishay Semiconductors 3.0CxCA TRANSZORB® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors 3.0CxCA TRANSZORB® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are bidirectional surface mount suppressors that offer 3000W peak pulse power dissipation with a 10/1000μs waveform. These suppressors feature excellent clamping capability, fast response time, 11.1V to 147V breakdown voltage range, and low incremental surge resistance. The 3.0CxCA TRANSZORB suppressors meet Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1), per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak at 260°C. These suppressors are used in ICs, MOSFETs, and signal line sensors in industrial, consumer, computer, and telecommunication.
