iWave Systems Intel Arria 10 SoC System on Modules

iWave Systems Intel Arria 10 SoC System on Module is based on the Arria 10 SX family device with an F34 package. The SoM is supplied with 32-bit DDR4 memory support for HPS with ECC and 64-bit DDR4 support for FPGA. A complete selection of IOs and high-speed transceiver blocks are available on the SOM board to board connectors.

The Arria 10 SoC System On Modules are designed for equipment applications such as test and measurement, control and intelligence, diagnostic medical imaging, wireless infrastructure, computer-storage, and broadcast-distribution.

The iW-G24M-CU2F-4E001G-S008G-LIG is an SX270 Arria 10 SoC with 3 speed (Dual ARM Cortex A9 + 270K LE), 1GB HPS DDR4, 8GB MicroSD (Linux OS), and industrial grade.

The iW-G24M-CU2F-4E002G-S008G-LEI is an SX480 Arria 10 SoC with 2 speed (Dual ARM Cortex A9 + 480K LE), 2GB HPS DDR4, 4GB FPGA DDR4, 8GB MicroSD (Linux OS), and extended grade.

The iW-G24M-CU2F-4E002G-S008G-LIK is an SX660 Arria 10 SoC with 1 speed (Dual ARM Cortex A9 + 660K LE), 2GB HPS DDR4, 4GB FPGA DDR4, 8GB MicroSD (Linux OS), and industrial grade.
