Vishay General Semiconductor 6DFN1xCA TRANSZORB^® SMD TVS Diodes feature a 12V to 100V breakdown voltage (V_BR) range and a 600W peak-pulse power dissipation (P_PPM) (10/1000μs waveform). These voltage suppressors are available in Leadless DFN packages with a 0.88mm typical height and side-wettable flanks suitable for customer Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI). The 6DFN1xCA TVS diodes offer excellent clamping capability and exhibit junction passivation optimized design passivated anisotropic rectifier technology. These bidirectional devices are ideal for automated placement and are compatible with the SMP (DO-220AA) package case outline.

The 6DFN1xCA diodes are well-suited for safeguarding sensitive electronics against voltage transients caused by inductive load switching and lightning.
