NXP Semiconductors KITFS84SKTEVM Evaluation Board

NXP Semiconductors KITFS84SKTEVM Evaluation Board provides configuration of the FS84 QFN48EP fail-safe system basis chip with multiple SMPS and LDO. The devices are easily placed on a socket, fused, and then soldered on a prototype board. It targets 12V automotive applications. The kit is connected to the FlexGUI software, which allows modification of the registers and developing a one-time programming (OTP) configuration and burns when ready. In addition to OTP programming, it can test all features (with some limitations due to the socket). The OTP can burn 3 times.
