onsemi STR-LV8548MC-GEVK Motor Driver Evaluation Kit is a Strata enabled LV8548MC-AH 2-channel H-bridge evaluation kit. This evaluation kit utilizes two LV8548MC chips to drive a pair of DC motors and a stepper motor (both included in the kit). The LV8548MC motor driver is capable of driving either two DC motors, one DC motor using a parallel connection, or a stepper motor in full-step/half-step. The Strata allows the user to evaluate and control the DC brushed motor input telemetry, variable PWM frequency, direction, PWM mode, and duty ratio. This evaluation kit allows the control of stepper motor input telemetry, full-step, and half-step excitation, direction, step angle, motor speed, and run duration. Typical applications include in-home appliances, consumer electronics, industrial, computing, and Point of Sale (PoS).
