Swissbit S-50u Series Memory Cards

Swissbit S-50u Series Memory Cards are based on 3D NAND TLC, page based flash management, high IOPS rate, and endurance. These memory cards feature high performance, optimized Floyd–Warshall (FW) algorithm, high reliability, controlled BOM, and Product Change Notification (PCN) process. The S-50u memory cards are compliant with SD6.10 specification that includes SDHC/SDXC high-speed mode, 10/U3/V30/A2 speed class, SD2.0 backward compliant, and FAT32 / exFAT preformatted. These memory cards support SD SPI mode and advanced Error Correction Code (ECC). The S-50u series operate at -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range and 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range. These memory cards are available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
