Texas Instruments UCC23514EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments UCC23514EVM Evaluation Module facilitates the evaluation of the UCC23514. The UCC23514 Single Channel Isolated Gate Drivers are opto-compatible for IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs, with 4.5A source and 5.3A sink peak output current and a 5.0kVRMS reinforced isolation rating.

The Texas Instruments UCC23514EVM Evaluation Module is developed for high voltage applications where isolation and reliability are required. The UCC23514EVM features lower propagation delay, lower-part to-part delay skew, higher CMTI, smaller Pulse Width Distortion, and higher operating temperature. These provide a significant performance upgrade while still maintaining pin-to-pin compatibility.
