Texas Instruments ADC3660EVM ADC Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments ADC3660EVM ADC Evaluation Module (EVM) demonstrates the performance of the ADC3660, which is an ultra-low-power, high-linearity, analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Onboard voltage regulation and flexible analog input options allow easy evaluation for many different applications. The ADC3660 uses a serial CMOS (SCMOS) interface to output the data. The serialized CMOS interface supports output rates to 250Mbps that translates to ~ 15MSPS (2-wire) to ~ 3.75MSPS (0.5-wire) output rates after complex decimation. For a complete evaluation system, use the TSW100EVM data capture card (sold separately) and high-speed data convert pro software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW). When interfacing with Texas Instruments TSW1400EVM via an FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) connector, data capture (up to 512MB) of the serial CMOS interfaces can be evaluated, including real and complex decimation modes.
