Qorvo QPA4428 Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPA4428 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the QPA4428 RF amplifiers that support DOCSIS 3.1 applications up to 1218MHz. These QPA4428 amplifiers are GaAs pHEMT/MESFET 75Ω push-pull RF amplifiers that operate at a frequency range of 47MHz to 1218MHz. Applications include DOCSIS 3.1, broadband, CATV hybrid modules, head end CMTS equipment, and 75Ω amplifiers.
