Texas Instruments REF70EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments REF70EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the REF70, which is an ultra-low noise, high-precision voltage reference. REF70 offers an ultra-low 1/f noise of 0.22ppmp-p during operation while maintaining a very precise voltage output over a temperature of 1ppm/C. REF70EVM supports the default configuration for the REF70 family and its package-option variants. The Texas Instruments REF70EVM is configured for an LCCC (FKH) ceramic package (U2) and includes an additional MSSOP (DGK) land pattern for alternate packages (U1). The V_IN header can be connected to an external power supply to provide power. All of the REF70 input and output pins are accessible for external connection via test headers.
