Texas Instruments REF70EVM Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments REF70EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the REF70, which is an ultra-low noise, high-precision voltage reference. REF70 offers an ultra-low 1/f noise of 0.22ppmp-p during operation while maintaining a very precise voltage output over a temperature of 1ppm/C. REF70EVM supports the default configuration for the REF70 family and its package-option variants. The Texas Instruments REF70EVM is configured for an LCCC (FKH) ceramic package (U2) and includes an additional MSSOP (DGK) land pattern for alternate packages (U1). The VIN header can be connected to an external power supply to provide power. All of the REF70 input and output pins are accessible for external connection via test headers.
