Swissbit S-250u Industrial SD Memory Cards

Swissbit S-250u Industrial SD Memory Cards feature equal wear leveling of static and dynamic data so that data is balanced evenly across the memory. These memory cards utilize low-power CMOS technology and power-off reliability for no data loss of older sectors and 16-sectors data loss if power off during writing. The S-250u SD memory cards are available in 512MB, 1GB, and 2GB capacities and are RoHS / REACH compliant. These memory cards support SD SPI mode and offer SD burst up to 25MB/s, up to 24.2/13.5MB/s sustained read/write speed, and up to 25MB/s flash burst.
