Texas Instruments ADC3664EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments ADC3664EVM Evaluation Module provides a proven design to evaluate the ADC3664 ADC. The ADC3664 is an ultra-low-power, high-linearity, analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Designed for the lowest noise performance, the ADC3664 delivers a noise spectral density of –156.9dBFS/Hz combined with excellent linearity and dynamic range.

The TI ADC3664EVM Evaluation Module offers onboard voltage regulation and flexible analog input options, allowing an easy evaluation for many different applications.

The ADC3664EVM Evaluation Module implements a complete evaluation system using the TSW1400EVM data capture card (sold separately) and high-speed data converter pro software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW). When interfacing to TSW1400EVM via an FPGA mezzanine card (FMC) connector, data capture (up to 512MB) of the serial CMOS interfaces can be evaluated, including real and complex decimation modes.
