Infineon Technologies REF_TW_ILD8150E_60V_1A Reference Board is ideal for professional mid-power designs with high efficiency, hybrid dimming down to 0.5%, and high light quality for tunable white LED drivers.
The Infineon REF_TW_ILD8150E_60V_1A Reference Board is based on the 80V LED Driver IC ILD8150E and consists of two identical channels and one auxiliary 3.3V supply. The Reference Board achieves higher light quality by employing output electrolytic capacitors for a smooth output current. An electrolytic capacitor and an LDO are used to provide a smooth supply of 3.3V and up to 60mA for the dimming control circuit (e.g., a microcontroller). The Board features two channels operating at frequencies of up to 500kHz with an adjustable output current in the range of 250 to 1500mA. The Board also includes a connector that provides 3.3V, dimming inputs of the channels, and one standard shutdown pin, which puts the buck converters into standby mode.
